how many beds does the Double Room with Private Bathroom have? Description says 1 full bed but then pictures also shows with twin beds? Basically, traveling with a friend and each want our own bed.

Arepas were perfect. But the yogurt with granola was sweet, not natural, so I didn't eat. Unfortunatelly this is common in Colombia, seems that they only know sweet yogurt. However, for foreign turist they should indicate it in the menu...

It was already our second time here and we loved it again. We liked the very comfortable beds, everything super clean, good location, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was super super helpful, they helped us with absolutely everything.

Amazing hotel, unexpected free a la carte breakfast, jacuzzi on top (although it wasn't really warm), lovely staff, no complains.

The area around was quite sketchy at night, even the short walk to the city centre (although that counts for everywhere we went in Santa Marta at night, please be careful around in that town).

Our best stay during our trip in Columbia

-Both receptionist ladies who we met during our stay were extremely friendly, nice and accomodating, despite our language barriers. Thank you again for everything! -Very tasty breakfast! The ladies in the kitchen were also very nice. -We loved the interior of the hotel! -The room was spacious. -Centrally located and still calm at night, which was important for us after a long day of excursion. -We could get our laundry done, by dropping it in the evening and picking it up fresh and dry in the following morning, and was not expensive. -We were surprised how little the 1 night costed and how super our stay was. A few days before we stayed at Adaz a few blocks away, which we didn't like and costed more money.

Nice!

The room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast.

Very noisy neighborhood, excessive volumen of the music in some house or bar next to the hotel. Really loud guests in the next rooms. There is no restaurant not snack bar nor vending machine.

Fantastic value and great service

Good breakfast, clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful regarding all kinds of inquiries and/or wishes. While not directly in the center of Santa Marta it is very easy to walk there (<5 min) and we did enjoy quiet nights.

Excellent stay for those on a budget

Akuamarina is in a great location, close to the center and bus station but quiet in the evening. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. All our encounters with staff were wonderful and they have an in house taxi driver who can take you anywhere in the area. Breakfast was also good.

No vegan-friendly breakfast (just fruit).

The hotel is very new - it’s a nice place to stay for few days.

Comfy bed, room was very clean and location is great, walking distance (9min) from Parque de los Novios. At first, they gave us a room where the AC was not working at all but once I let them know about it, they moved us to another room immediately. Staff is very nice!

You have to take taxi back to the hotel if it’s after 9pm because streets are a bit more empty and you wouldn’t feel safe.

Relaxing and clean spot in Santa Marta

The hotel is so nice and clean, probably the nicer we found in Colombia up to now. Staff friendly and really helpful with all our requests. Breakfast is really great! I loved this place!

Before leaving a cockroach entered our room, but I think its something normal for theses places . Location is next to cemetery and the street looks a bit isolated, but it was totally fine at the end
